1. New: Flyout.FlyoutForm property added to return reference to flyout form when flyout is displayed
2. New: MetroTileItem: Adding support for text-markup rendering for TitleText
3. Fixed: Mouse-wheel scrolling on Ribbon, and various tab-strips should function consistently now
4. Fixed: ScheduleControl: Fixed a display issue in Year View when appointment crossed display boundary.
5. Fixed: ChartControl: Fixed an issue with DateTime month calculation when MinorTickCount set to non-zero value.
